Dr. Joshua J. Hague, D.C., CFMP, Acu. is a 2004 graduate of Northwestern Health Sciences University and has over 18 years experience treating patients. He currently holds a bachelor's degree in Human Biology, a Doctorate in Chiropractic, and is certified in both acupuncture and functional medicine. He also had the pleasure of running one of the busiest practices in St. Paul, MN sometimes treating up to 160 patients per week.
He has four amazing children Anya (15), Maddox (13), Declan (11), and Lachlan (10). Growing up in Northern Wisconsin fostered his natural love for the outdoors and has hiked portions of the Superior Hiking Trail, Pacific Crest Trail, and the John Muir Trail including Summiting Mt. Whitney (Highest peak in the Continental US). He was honored to be named one of MN Monthly’s “Top Chiropractors” for the past 7 years in a row. He also has advanced training in nutrition, metabolic analytics, NKT, Applied Kinesiology, ARP wave therapy, kinesiotaping, blood chemistry analysis, muscle work, rehabilitative exercise, muscle testing, and bioimpedance analysis.
A lifelong athlete, Dr. Cree Foster understands the physical demands sports have on the body and the importance of individualized care to help maintain health and peak performance. She was born in Minnesota and played soccer for the University of Minnesota-Morris where she graduated with a Bachelor’s in Human Services. She went on to get her Doctorate of Chiropractic from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN, and her Master’s in Exercise Science from Concordia University-St. Paul where her love of sports was matched with a newfound love of injury prevention and rehabilitation. With the idea that “everyone is an athlete but not everyone plays a sport,” Dr. Foster has successfully worked with patients of all ages and activity levels.
Through her experience as an athlete, she uniquely understands the need to play the sport you love and works diligently to aid in a quick recovery through adjustments, muscle work, and tailored exercises. She believes that strength and movement are important for the mental health of the athletes and can help build confidence for a speedy return to play. She is proficient in a broad array of treatment options including muscle work, taping, and sports medicine.
Dr. Foster currently lives in St. Paul with her partner and two cats. She is an avid Arsenal Women’s fan and a reluctant Dallas Cowboys fan. She recently joined a run club and the Biking with Baddies bicycling club and is always up for a new adventure. She loves to travel and is attempting to learn Japanese and Spanish on Duolingo.
Leah VanBramer Graduate of Aveda Institute 2017, with a certificate in therapeutic massage. Areas of specialty include deep tissue, therapeutic and trigger point massage. No two massages are alike. Each session is customized to the client's needs to achieve the utmost relaxation and pain relief. Being able to relieve people both physically and mentally from everyday stressors is a top priority of mine. I love working with people experiencing acute or chronic pain and coming up with a treatment plan to improve their current quality of life. Massage can be a very effective treatment, and I’m excited to offer that to all my clients.
Leah is a mom of two young babies, two dogs, and a cat, so in her “free time” she loves going on adventures with the family. I am obsessed with finding the best street tacos and queso around. Food is my guilty pleasure, and I love trying new places and new foods, as long as it's not spicy. I find so much joy in taking my kids to new places and giving them new things to experience because nothing is better than seeing that joy come from your children. Massage is a career that allows me a healthy family and work balance that I cherish so much.

Hayley Alt, L. Ac.
Acupuncture & Herbal Medicine

A caregiver at heart, Hayley has always been inclined to be of service to those in need. She’s had the blessing of working in healthcare her entire adult life, becoming familiar with a variety of complex disorders. These experiences have given her insight into the resilience of the human body and spirit.
Hayley incorporates wisdom and intuitive support into the care she provides. Throughout her training in Traditional Chinese Medicine, she found particular interest in the mental-emotional connections that occur during illness and imbalances. Understanding that the mind and body are one, is the foundation of her treatments. She views her clients as whole and aims to restore balance from all aspects, considering physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual concerns.
Hayley values honesty and transparency in the relationships she forms and is a source of supportive guidance.
As a nature lover, Hayley and her family love camping, hiking, and exploring. She also likes to snowboard and kayak. Homemade herbal remedies and sourdough baking are her newest endeavors.
